What to know
before we begin.
How long does a custom creation take?
From first consultation to delivery: usually three to six months, depending on complexity, materials, and the depth of the personal narrative shaping the piece.
What materials do you work with?
Exclusively Fairmined 18kt certified gold (yellow, rose, or white) and certified gemstones, diamonds, or sourced natural stones. Every material is traceable, ethical, and honest to our manifesto.
Where do we meet for the consultation?
By worldwide appointment, or in one of our ateliers in Venice, Cortina d'Ampezzo, Milano or Montecarlo. A private online video call is always possible.
How is the price defined?
Every commission is unique. After the first consultation and sketch, we present a detailed estimate covering materials, craftsmanship hours, and finishing. No obligation until you decide to proceed.
Can I customize an existing ES piece?
Yes. Many collectors begin with an ES creation and evolve it: engraving, gemstone reset, personalisation of details. Others bring an heirloom to be re-forged, respecting its memory while giving it new life.
Is there discretion around the process?
Absolute. Every conversation, sketch, and delivery remains between you, Riccardo, and the atelier. On request, we sign specific confidentiality agreements.
