Ethics & Sustainability

Our approach to sustainability

"Gold, once a tragic motive behind the great extermination of Native Americans, is, for ES, a symbol of ethics, unity, reflection, and hope."

100% Ethical Gold

100% Ethical Gold

In an era where the race for products often overlooks their origins, ES stands as proof that artisanal excellence and respect for our planet can coexist. Our commitment to sustainability is not just a choice—it is an inevitable process, woven into every step of our craftsmanship.

FairTrade-Certified

This is why each jewel is forged exclusively in 18kt FairTrade gold, sourced from responsible supply chains that ensure:

✔️ Fair and safe working conditions for miners.
✔️ Sustainable extraction practices, including the use of recycled water, minimal chemical usage, and reforestation of exhausted mines.
✔️ Respect for both people and nature, transforming gold from a symbol of exploitation into one of ethics, unity, and renewal.

At ES, we believe that luxury is not just about beauty—rather about responsibility, transparency, and creating a lasting positive impact.

Beyond Materials

A Legacy Forged by Hand

Each creation is a dialogue between past and present, where the mastery of artisans meets the raw beauty of gold. Far from mass production, our jewelry follows a slow, intentional rhythm—one that respects the essence of craftsmanship and the uniqueness of every piece. With only seven editions per design, each jewel carries an air of rarity, meant to transcend time rather than fleeting trends.

Every detail reveals the touch of the artist, a testament to the skill and vision that shape each piece into something truly one of a kind.
Sustainability is embedded in every step of our process. From the ethical origins of our conflict-free gemstones to the care we put into creating handmade reusable eco-conscious packaging, every decision reflects a commitment to responsibility.
The jewelry packaging is handcrafted from terracotta, ceramic and clay in a historic Tuscan workshop, with the idea of proposing a design capable of uniting the metamorphosis of natural erosion with an innovative aesthetic that, however forward-looking, remains connected to laws greater than herself.

These caskets, each unique and unrepeatable, fulfilled their purpose of containing the jewel, reinvent themselves with the intention of becoming everyday objects in the homes of their owners.

What we create is not just jewelry. It’s a story of integrity, an heirloom that honors both the wearer and the world it comes from.
