Returns & Refund Policy

 

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags attached
  • Housed in original, undamaged packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Special note for jewelry: Gold jewelry must show no signs of wear, scratches, or cleaning. Perfume bottles must be unopened and sealed.

How to Start a Return

Contact our team at team@es.design to request authorization before shipping anything back. Please include your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items received without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Inspection & Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 5-7 business days. You'll receive email confirmation of approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, though your bank may require an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item? Contact us immediately at team@es.design with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, even outside the standard return window.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Perfumes: Opened, used, or unsealed bottles
  • Sale or clearance items: Final sale pricing excludes returns
  • Gift cards: Non-refundable
  • Custom or personalized jewelry: Special orders per customer specifications
  • Hazardous materials: Including flammable liquids or gases

Exchanges

The simplest approach is to return your current item first. Once approved, place a separate order for the item you'd prefer. This ensures you receive exactly what you want.

EU Consumer Right (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is being delivered to an EU address, you have the statutory right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery, regardless of reason, provided the item meets the return conditions above (unworn, unused, original packaging, proof of purchase included).
